Occasionally, we offer cash back offers on some hotel and hostel bookings. If you have made a booking through us, and would like to claim your cash back, please read the below carefully.

  • Cash back is only available to users who booked through our site during the offer period. If you did not visit our site prior to booking, you are not eligible. Cash back rates and periods are listed on the cash back T&C’s page.
  • Your order must be tracked in our system in order to recieve cash back – if you closed the window, used another site’s discount codes, or tried to use a special offer, you may not be eligible.
  • You may only make a claim 45 days after the end of your stay at the hotel/hostel – this is so we can confirm that your booking was valid and not subsequently cancelled etc.
  • You must make the cash back claim within 180 days of the end of your stay at the hotel/hostel.
  • You may need to provide proof of your booking in order for us to validate your claim.

  • Date of stay (beginning and end)
  • Total value of order
